SHIP TO HOME
Ship to Home is a convenient service available only to acehardware.com online customers where most items can be delivered to a specified address. Here’s how Ship-to-Home works:
- Shop your local store on acehardware.com.
- Once you have selected an item, click the 'Add to Cart button' and you will see if this item is able to be shipped to your home. You can choose ship to home in your cart.
- Continue to proceed through the checkout process through to order completion.
- Once the order is placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with your shipment tracking information.
- For quicker delivery, please select Next Day or Second Day shipping.
- After you complete your Ship-to-Home order, the receipt page provides you with your order number and information about the order. Keep your order number in a safe place; it will be needed for all order references.
There are shipping charges associated with Ship-to-Home orders. Shipping costs for orders placed on acehardware.com are based on the weight of the total order. An order containing multiple items typically receives a volume-shipping discount and therefore your total shipping and handling cost may be lower than the sum of individual ship charges appearing in your cart. You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during checkout. You can also have your Ship-to-Home orders expedited. Ace offers Next Day and Second Day shipping options in addition to Standard Ground. *Total delivery time includes processing and carrier transit time for all 50 states.
Please note, business days are Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Most items may be shipped all 50 states via Standard Ground, Second Day and Next Day Service.
